Niftysphere Empowerment Program (NEP)

Introduction The Niftysphere Empowerment Program (NEP) is a social impact initiative launched by Niftysphere Institute of Arts & Design with the mission to uplift underprivileged members of society, particularly single-parent families. The program aims to transform lives through education, skill development, and sustainable employment opportunities.

NEP is not only a charity initiative but a career-building pathway. Every month, selected beneficiaries are enrolled in professional courses where they receive free education, practical training, mentorship, and career guidance. After completing training, participants are facilitated with tools, equipment, and employment opportunities so they can become financially independent and live with dignity.

Objectives The primary objectives of the program are: To provide free professional education to orphans and individuals from single-parent households. To develop market-relevant creative and technical skills that lead to employability. To empower beneficiaries toward self-reliance and financial independence. To reduce poverty through sustainable livelihood opportunities. To support women (especially single mothers) in becoming economically stable. To create a supportive environment that promotes confidence, dignity, and social inclusion. To connect trained individuals with employment, freelance, and entrepreneurial opportunities.
