-A student will be allowed to freeze twice a year for only 3-months duration maximum.

-During the freeze period, the student will be allowed to attend workshops/events related to their course.

-Student must clear all previous fees and dues before submitting freeze form.

-Student will pay one-month freeze fee in advance payment depending on course fee structure. The amount paid is non-transferable and non-refundable

-Freeze Fee will be adjusted in the monthly fee when the student rejoins the course.
